Rethinking the Mobile Cricket Experience
About the Project
Premier Cricket Go is a hybrid-casual mobile cricket game developed by Playing Human Studios. As the primary Game Designer, I was responsible for designing gameplay systems, progression mechanics, feature specifications, game economy, UX flows, and LiveOps features. Throughout development, I worked closely with developers, UI artists, and leadership to iterate on the game's core gameplay, improve player retention, and streamline production workflows.

Project Overview
The project focused on creating a fast-paced and engaging cricket experience that combined accessible gameplay with long-term progression. My responsibilities ranged from redesigning the core gameplay loop and balancing progression systems to designing retention mechanics, monetization features, and production-ready documentation. A significant milestone during development was prototyping an alternative deterministic gameplay system that improved player agency and became the foundation for a major redesign of the game.
